The champagne is the last ingredient of the cocktail that you need to pour into your glass. Add it slowly in order to avoid the bubbles overflow. 1. Apricot Fizz

This is one of the most delicious champagne recipes . In order to prepare it you will need some apricot nectar, a little bit of brandy, 5 or 6 ice cubes and chilled champagne.

2. Champagne Julep

In order to prepare this cocktail you will need some mint, a sugar cube and a dash of chilled champagne. Place the sugar cube and mint in the chilled glass. Use a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon in order to crush the sugar and rub it onto the mint until it gets torn. Add champagne and gently stir the composition.

3. Champagne Raspberry Cocktail

If you like the fruity champagne recipes than you will definitely love this cocktail! You will need peach liqueur, raspberry brandy, fresh or frozen raspberries. Mix all these ingredients and leave them to rest in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours before you serve the cocktail. When you’re ready combine the mixture with chilled champagne!

4. Champagne Gelee Cocktail

This is one of the many champagne recipes that you can do for special occasions. In order to prepare it you need white grape juice, three packets of unflavored gelatin, some St-Germain liqueur, pomegranate seeds and chilled champagne.

This is how to make it: bring 1 cup of grape juice to boil. Pour in the three gelatin packets until they dissolve. Pour the mixture into a large tray and combine it with 1 more cup of grape juice, 1/2 cup St-Germain liqueur and 2 1/2 cups of Champagne or sparkling wine. Leave it to chill inside the refrigerator for a couple of hours until the gelatin is set. Cut the gelatin into cubes and distribute it among the glasses. Drop a few pomegranate seeds inside each glass and pour the champagne of the gelee whenever you are ready to serve the drinks! Don’t forget to serve the glasses with small spoons!
